Motivational counseling

Motivational counseling is a collaborative method focused on the person that allows, through suitable paths and procedures, the development of motivation using the subject's resources to support the desire for change.

It defines an environment that motivates reflections on the difficulties in solving problems of everyday life, indicating approaches to define and clarify results and objectives that can also be achieved through empowerment paths.

Counseling also allows you to make decisions, correctly assess critical issues, strengthening decision-making skills and enhancing personal resources in various contexts, from training to professional ones.

All the training courses promoted by the HENSE SCHOOL include specific courses in motivational counseling.
