Partnerships are promoted between the territory economic and social actors  that can determine a favorable environment for investments, make territory government policies more coherent with the safety objectives to be achieved, incentivize to come out of the self-referentiality tunnel, analyzing the points of strength and weakness of policies with the aim of achieving significant effects in employment terms for the community that can favor the inclusion of graduates in labour market.
